Description: Mixed commercial and retail development of 339,400m2 over 20 year period

• management of traffic modelling to assess impacts
• identification of thresholds to link development to progressive development of the roading network
• liaison with Kapiti Coast District Council

• witness caucusing and evidence for Environment Court appeal
• detailed transportation assessments of specific development proposals, including access, servicing, parking, pedestrian and cycle requirements
